In December 1990, Hanspeter Gafner founded STEBATEC together with two business partners, thus laying the foundation stone of a long success story. With some articles under the title «30 YEARS STEBATEC», we will share our history with you here in the coming weeks.

”Partially filled flow measurement system” is STEBATEC’s reply to the high demand of precision flow measurement systems for partially filled, closed pipelines. The new flow meter measures the flow velocity by the ultrasonic transit time difference method on ten levels.

On the way to the most modern sewer network in Switzerland

The Zweckverband der Abwasserregion Olten (ZAO) is an association of 13 municipalities which treat their wastewater in the WWTP Winznau. The WWTP itself was and is already the subject of refurbisching measures, but other structures in the sewer network also showed a considerable need for refurbischment, including pumping stations and storm water tanks.
