The cooperation with the Swiss watch city of Biel/Bienne is of great importance for the history of STEBATEC.
The automation and maintenance of the more than 20 wastewater and groundwater regulation structures have always been important contracts for STEBATEC and formed a reliable basis for the development of the company, which today employs around 50 people in the region.
The following series of pictures shows some snapshots of the diverse structures automated by STEBATEC, which are currently being renewed and modernised after more than 20 years of operation. In the spirit of digitalisation, the underground infrastructure was networked last year and connected to a process control system. STEBATEC’s state-of-the-art ARAbella and INKA systems will further optimise water protection in the future.
