Professional development, collaboration, and team spirit were the focus of this year’s summer team-building day. In the morning, we took part in engaging training sessions on fire safety and communication, gained valuable insights from our employee survey, and engaged in meaningful conversations. In the afternoon, we headed to Lake Biel for a swim, a barbecue, and some time to bond outside of our daily work routine.
