Experience innovation up close
Process control system ARAbella / AQUAbella / REbella with new functions
We will show you the latest version of the ARAbella / AQUAbella / Rebella process control system for operators from the sectors of sewage treatment plants, sewer network operators, drinking water suppliers and steam and hot water with the highest demands on safety, function and comfort at the exhibition stand. With the comprehensive update, in addition to helpful innovations in operation and presentation, the trending has also been further developed. Thanks to the new login with 2-factor authentication, the process control system meets the highest security requirements for system-relevant and sensitive installations.
INKA road drainage with autarkic slide valve
The road drainage system controlled by the INKA software allows polluted rainwater to be safely routed to the sewage treatment plant, while unpolluted rainwater is routed directly to the separation system/watercourse. With a storage pipe routed under the road and the autarkic gate valve controlled via STEBAnet mobile, the first rainwater that washes off the ridge flush is collected and held back until the hydraulic capacity is available in the combined sewer system to be able to safely discharge the quantities to the treatment plant.
Autarkic screen rake with waterwheel drive
Under the new SMART-AUTARK product line, we present the GiWa rake, for which STEBATEC is now the exclusive representative in Switzerland. The proven waterwheel-driven screen rake developed in Germany has already been used 100 times worldwide. The modular system convinces with a favourable price and high flexibility. For example, it can be inserted into the structure through a round 590mm pit cover.
Autarkic clamp-on flow measurement
When setting up new flow measuring points in a drinking water supply network, it is often not the measuring instrument that is the main cost factor, but rather the installation effort (supply interruption, pipe work, power supply, flushing of the pipe, etc.). The installation of the Autark clamp-on flow meter does not require any intervention in the pipeline and can also simply be buried if a shaft construction is not economical.
LDM partially filled flow measurement
High-precision flow rate recording. The double-patented LDM partially filled flow measurement is a calibrated measuring device for backflow-free recording of wastewater volumes in open channels or in gravity pipes. 10 flow velocity measuring sections distributed over the entire cross-section provide accurate flow values with partial and full filling of the measuring sensor. The level measurement is integrated in the device housing.
