Experience innovation up close
ARAbella / AQUAbella / REbella process control system with new functions
At our trade fair stand, we will be presenting the latest version of the ARAbella / AQUAbella / Rebella process control system for operators from the fields of wastewater treatment plants, sewer network operators, drinking water suppliers and steam and hot water suppliers with the highest demands on safety, functionality and convenience. In addition to helpful new features in operation and visualisation, the comprehensive update has also further developed the trend. Thanks to the new login with 2-factor authentication, the process control system fulfils the highest security requirements for system-relevant and sensitive systems.
INKA road drainage with self-sufficient slide valve
The road drainage system controlled by the INKA software enables polluted rainwater to be safely channelled to the WWTP, while unpolluted rainwater is fed directly into the separation system/watercourse. With a storage pipe laid under the road and the self-sufficient gate valve controlled via STEBAnet mobile, the first rainwater that runs off via the ridge flow is collected and held back until the combined sewer has the hydraulic capacity to safely discharge the volumes to the sewage treatment plant.
Autarkic screen with water wheel drive
Under the new SMART-AUTARK product line, we present the GiWa rake, for which STEBATEC is now the exclusive representative in Switzerland. The tried and tested waterwheel-driven sieve screen developed in Germany is already in use 100 times worldwide. The modular system impresses with its favourable price and high flexibility. For example, it can be inserted into the structure through a round manhole cover with a diameter of 590 mm.
Autarkic clamp-on flow measurement
When installing new flow measurement points in a drinking water network, it is often not the measuring device that is the main cost factor, but rather the installation effort (supply interruption, pipework, power supply, flushing the pipe, etc.). The installation of the Autark Clamp-On flow meter does not require any intervention in the pipework and can also simply be laid underground if a shaft structure is not economical.
LDM partly filled flow measurement
Highly accurate recording of flow values. The doubly patented LDM partly filled flow meter is a calibrated measuring device for the backflow-free measurement of wastewater volumes in open channels or gravity sewers. 10 flow velocity measuring sections distributed across the cross-section provide accurate flow values when the sensor is partially or fully filled. The level measurement is integrated in the housing.
