Stefan Gautschi, BG Ingenieure

As an engineer from the very beginning, Stefan Gautschi has been a convinced advocate of sewer network management in urban drainage over the past few years. He will therefore show the way to successful realisation of a sewer network regulation with exciting insights into projects. In his opinion, if a sewer network management is to be successful, it must be preceded by an intensive examination of the subject of man and automation. In this context, it is part of the planner’s art to provide the wastewater treatment plant with a sewer network control system in which the plant always retains control. Using case studies, Stefan Gautschi would like to open planners’ eyes to how to implement sewer network management step by step and how to keep a supposedly complex INKA control system under control.
